Kings Hall Mews is bespoke designed development exclusively for over 55’s and is located just off Balmoral Avenue. The development consists of only 16 apartments, which are made up of four blocks of four apartments. A landmark in the city, the iconic building at the centre of the site will be sensitively transformed into quality accommodation for a range of primary healthcare services & life sciences to include GP, pharmacy, optician and much more. It will boast a thriving location for all ages to enjoy with the addition of eateries, retail and leisure facilities all located along a picturesque plaza.

We were tasked to develop an innovative and unique brand identity for Kings Hall Mews, the newest development to be built on the beautiful Malone Road Belfast.
Process
Balmoral Flower
Kings Hall Mews is situated on a renowned location in Belfast, where the Balmoral Show was held for many years. To covey the established heritage of the site, we incorporated topical references into the vision. This was done through the involvement of flowers, relevant colour schemes and graphics.
Solution
Heritage
To instil legacy in the identity, we created the Balmoral Flower logo mark to signify the heritage of the Balmoral Show. A fitting design was created, representing the style of the build, the key audience and the opulence and prestige of the surrounding area.
